Groovy not talking to you all of a sudden? You've come to the right place.
Is Discord having issues?
Check Discord's status page. If there is an ongoing incident, it is likely that the issue is caused by the outage.
Is Groovy online?
Check the sidebar to see if Groovy is online. If Groovy appears as offline, then something has probably gone horribly wrong. Please immediately contact a support member in Groovy Support.
Sometimes, outages happen. In this case, we'll post an update on our Discord server. Head to the #status channel there to keep up to date. You can even follow the channel into your server to automatically get notified in case this happens.
Are you using the correct prefix?
If you type @Groovy prefix and the bot responds, then your server's admins have set a server prefix. You must use this prefix instead of the default one. If you're an admin, check out this article for more info.
